Frequently asked questions
How do I get started with InclusiveAussie?
Getting started is easy — simply reach out via our contact form, email, or phone. We'll arrange a free, no-obligation consultation to understand your goals and NDIS plan. From there, we'll build a support plan together and introduce you to your dedicated support worker. The whole process is straightforward and stress-free.
What NDIS plan types do you accept?
InclusiveAussie welcomes participants on all plan management types — self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed (agency-managed). If you're unsure which type applies to your plan, we're happy to help you figure it out during your free consultation.
Which NDIS funding categories cover your services?
Our services are covered under Core Supports (Daily Living, Household Tasks, Community Participation) and Capacity Building (Life Skills, Employment Support, Life Transition Planning). We'll work with you and your support coordinator to match the right services to the right funding lines in your plan.
Can I switch to InclusiveAussie from another provider?
Yes, absolutely. Switching providers is your right as an NDIS participant. We make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We'll work with you and your current provider to ensure continuity of support during the transition. There's no gap in your care.
Do you provide support outside of business hours?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends by arrangement. Overnight support may also be available depending on your funding. Please mention your preferred schedule during your free consultation and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Will I have the same support worker each visit?
Yes — consistency is one of our core commitments. We carefully match you with a dedicated support worker and aim to keep that relationship consistent. We believe trust and familiarity are essential to great support. If ever a change is needed, we will always discuss this with you first.
What areas of Adelaide do you service?
We currently serve participants across the Adelaide metropolitan area and greater metropolitan South Australia. If you're unsure whether we cover your suburb, simply get in touch and we'll confirm. We're actively expanding our service area.
Is the initial consultation really free?
100% free, with absolutely no obligation. We offer a free initial consultation — in person, by phone, or via video call — so you can get to know us and ask any questions before making any decisions. We want you to feel completely comfortable before we begin.
What qualifications do your support workers have?
All InclusiveAussie support workers hold current NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, are trained in manual handling, medication support, and safeguarding, and have First Aid certification. We also provide ongoing professional development to ensure the highest quality of care.
