How We Handle Complaints
The Complaints Manager/Director will go over all the specifics of the complaint, including the desired results, with you (or your family, caregiver, or advocate).
Within two days, you will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint along with the estimated time of resolution.
We will look into the circumstances behind your complaint if necessary.
Our goal is to address your issue within 14 days. While some concerns might be handled more quickly than this, some might be more complicated and require more time. If this is the case, we will notify you.
You will be informed of the results of your complaint and given the option to either refer the matter to the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission or request a review.
